Time has been speeding by and I am now a mother of an almost 5 month old baby girl! She is amazing and life feels more amazing with her in it. I am constantly amused and fall more in love with Maddy everyday. I now look forward every day to her wet open mouth kisses, the way she bangs on her diaper and screeches when she gets excited, how she gets so excited when you put her on her changing table. When she gives me her gummy smile, I am a puddle of mushiness.
Here are a few recent pics from our 4th of July in Huntington Beach. These are just fun snapshots at the parade. Love watching her interact with her daddy and her fascination with all that was going on all around her.
I love my best friend's daughter. Not only is she gorgeous but also hilarious. She makes me wonder what my little maddy will be like at that age. What will her little personality be like? What will she look like? I cannot wait for what the future holds.
Maddy decided to take a little catnap at the pool. I love when she passes out with all the chaos going on around her and she looks so peaceful.
As if that wasn't a busy enough day for a 4 month old we decided to let her experience a few fireworks before bed. We thought she would be scared because of the noise, but she was very intrigued. This picture cracks me up!
The fill flash on my camera surprised her but I will blame the look on the fireworks. Love her!
